Setting Custom Sales Stages
In addition to tracking what status (inquiry, hold, confirmed, released, completed) any Gig is in, you can also track where the Gig is in the sales process itself.
In order to do this, you'll need to set up a list of custom sales stages in the Settings Area.
Go to Settings and click on Gig Details.
Now, to add a new stage, type in the stage name, and hit add.
To re-order your list of stages change the order number on the left column.
Now, in each Gig Details page, you'll see a dropdown called "Sales Stage."
Simply select the sales stage the gig is currently in and save the gig.
You'll also be able to filter Gigs by Sales Stage in the Gigs Main page.
